HR Foundations Compensation & Benefit Surveys

Welcome to the HR Foundations online compensation and benefits survey module. We hope that you find this data collection format easy to use.

If you prefer, you can mail the completed hard copy of the survey to our PO Box (569, Amherst NY 14226), from the blank document (click below).

Steps to complete the survey online - the program will prompt you to go through each section:
  1. Select the survey name below (from box above "Begin Survey").
  2. Login using the name and password sent directly to you via email from HR Foundations
    ***If you do not have a login name and password, Click here for PASSWORD REQUEST via email.***
  3. Employer: Enter and verify your organization's information (e.g., address, contact, number of employees)
  4. Select Jobs: Review the complete list of jobs and select those that are a match to your company's job titles. This will create a customized wage data entry form with only your jobs (you can go back and add jobs later).
  5. Compensation: Enter pay data for each selected job. If you do not finish entering the data, the next time you login this screen will show the entered data and as well as blanks requiring data.
  6. Benefits: Enter each benefits data (each one has separate page). If your comompany does not offer a benefit, there is an option for "do not provide."
    There will be instructions for each benefit to describe the requested data.

As always, individual company responses will be kept strictly confidential, and data is reported in summary or by ID#. Click here to view our data security and privacy policy.
